The brief
LVD North America needed to strengthen its Field Service team across multiple locations to support customers and maintain service coverage. Previous recruitment efforts had not delivered candidates with the required level of hands-on technical experience. After Amelia shared a well-matched Field Service profile she was already working with, LVD turned to Kensington 360 to access a more specialised network of Field Service Engineers across North America.
