Sometimes the best team meetings don’t happen in meeting rooms…

Last week the Kensington360 team headed to Big Bake Manchester for our quarterly staff outing, where we were challenged with the slightly chaotic task of making a pizza cake.

Safe to say the results were mixed.

Some creations looked like they belonged on MasterChef. Others looked like they had been through a small industrial accident. But that is half the fun.

Huge shout out to Rebecca Hodson and Mark Ainscough , who managed to make the Top 3 and represented the team with some actual baking talent 👏

Days like this are a great reminder that strong teams are not just built through hard work. They are built through shared experiences, a bit of competition, and the occasional flour fight.
