Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic technical team, delivering expert support across a range of industrial equipment at customer sites.

This role offers a mix of hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and customer interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, commissioning, and servicing industrial machinery
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
• Supporting customers both remotely and on-site
• Delivering operator training and technical guidance
• Producing detailed service and maintenance reports
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 4 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (80%+)
