Compensation: $35 to $45 per hour
Bonus: Discretionary quarterly bonus of up to $1,000
Schedule: 4 × 9-hour days plus 4 hours on Fridays

Our client is a well-established metrology and calibration services business that has been operating since 2005. Since its early days as a small team, the company has grown into a 15-person operation known for fast turnaround times, strong technical standards, and a long-term approach to building its team.
With 11 technicians currently in the business, our client is looking to hire both a replacement and an additional team member as part of continued growth.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Calibration Technician to join a growing and supportive team. This role involves both in-house and field-based calibration work, with most jobs completed and returned the same day.
Technicians typically attend jobs in pairs, and a company vehicle is provided for daily use from the facility.
Less than 10% of work requires an overnight stay, and any travel expenses for these occasions are covered via company credit card.

Key Responsibilities

Perform calibration work across a range of equipment and instruments

Travel to customer sites as required, typically with another technician

Maintain high technical and quality standards in all calibration activities

Support quick turnaround times and strong customer service delivery

Represent the business professionally on customer sites
