Reporting to global leadership, you will hold full P&L responsibility and oversee sales, applications, service and operations. With a new technology center being established in Auburn Hills, this is an opportunity to shape the organization, build its leadership team and drive profitable growth across the US.
The Country Head USA role
• Own the US P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating costs, working capital and cash flow.
• Develop and deliver annual and quarterly business plans, with clear targets and performance reviews.
• Recruit, develop and lead regional and functional leaders across sales, applications, service and operations.
• Set the US go-to-market strategy, expand territory coverage and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, pricing discipline and commercial execution.
• Lead strategic negotiations and coordinate applications support to deliver the right customer solutions.
• Grow aftermarket revenue through spare parts, service contracts, retrofits and uptime programs.
• Coordinate technology centers, warehouse operations and field service to improve response times, machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen inventory management, critical spare parts availability and installation quality.
• Report business performance to global leadership and represent the company with customers, partners and at industry events.
About you
• Extensive experience in CNC machine tools, capital equipment or industrial technology.
• A proven record of building or scaling a US business, region or country organization.
• Experience holding full P&L responsibility and delivering profitable growth.
• Leadership experience across sales, applications, service, operations and finance.
• Strong commercial judgement, executive communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience hiring and developing leadership teams, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; an MBA is preferred.
Location and travel
The role is remote. It requires approximately 50–70% travel across the US, plus periodic international travel of approximately 10–20% for global coordination and factory engagements.
