Regional Sales Manager
We are working with a market-leading manufacturer of high-precision CNC machinery to recruit a Regional Sales Manager covering Long Island and the wider Tri-State region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to join a well-established business known for innovation, customer support, and engineering excellence.
You will play a key role in driving regional growth, working closely with customers to understand their production needs and delivering tailored CNC solutions that add real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory
- Meet customers face-to-face and conduct site visits
- Recommend tailored CNC machinery solutions
- Manage the full sales lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Support clients through installation and aftersales stages
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in CNC or industrial equipment sales
- Strong technical understanding of machining processes
- Knowledge of Swiss-type CNC and Fanuc controls preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Manufacturing background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel
Salary & Benefits
- $110,000–$125,000 basic salary
